Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice for small business sources (including SDVOSBs and VOSBs) for brand name or equal to Bard Access Site-Rite 8 Ultrasound System. The Site-Rite 8 Ultrasound system is a portable device that features real-time 2D ultrasound imaging, customized vascular access applications, procedure documentation, vessel measurement tools, and electronic connectivity. The manufacturer is Bard Access and the brand name is Site-Rite 8. NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty. This notice is seeking small businesses who are authorized distributors of the equipment. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company name, DUN#, business size, and FSS contract number, if applicable.
