The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Salem VAMC has a need for Switchboard Operator Services on-site. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and all other services necessary to provide telephone switchboard operator services. The Government shall provide the facility, equipment and materials necessary to perform these tasks. The major telephone equipment provided shall consist of CISCO equipment. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about November 18, 2019 via Contract Opportunities (FBO) website via https://beta.sam.gov/ The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The anticipated performance period is January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020 with four option years. The applicable NAICS code is 561421 with a size standard is $16.5 Million. This acquisition will be issued as a 100 % Service Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set- aside. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the FedBizOpps website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
