PROVIDE: professional Architect/Engineer (AE) and healthcare planning services necessary to Renovate Bldg 15 2nd Floor at the Charles George VAMC, Asheville, NC. Project includes demolishing approximately 12,300 square feet of space to include sheetrock/metal stud walls, ceiling, flooring, electrical, and plumbing. Design for the installation of new ceiling, flooring, and cubicle system for administrative staff. Existing mechanical and lighting will need to be designed to be reworked for the cubicle system as well as design the electrical supply and data. Some rooms will need to be reconstructed as well as renovation of two existing restrooms.
