The VA Strategic Acquisition Office is seeking qualified sources for recurring kitchen deep cleaning services at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC. Services will be performed twice monthly (24 visits per year), approximately every two weeks during off-hours, with an anticipated one-year period of performance. The scope includes tile floor degreasing, stainless steel cleaning/polishing, sanitization of high-touch and food-prep surfaces, and trash removal; interiors of stainless cabinets, dishwashers, ovens, and freezers are excluded unless separately authorized. The contractor must furnish all equipment, EPA-registered food-safe chemicals, trained personnel, an on-site supervisor, quality control, safety/ICRA compliance, and VA badging. Interested parties should submit capabilities, past performance, contract vehicles, and non-binding ROM monthly pricing for market research only, as this does not commit the Government to award a contract.
