This is a presolicitation notice for a ten-year, $450 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect & Engineering services, set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contract will support engineering services at VA medical facilities and clinics within VISN 5, covering locations in Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Individual task orders will be firm fixed price, ranging from a minimum of $2,500 to a maximum of $2 million.
