This sources sought synopsis seeks interest, capabilities, and qualifications from Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) IDIQ. The contract would consist of multiple construction contracts with a ten-year base for VA medical centers in Baltimore, Loch Raven, and Perry Point, MD; Washington, DC; and Beckley, Clarksburg, Huntington, and Martinsburg, WV. The scope may include demolition, renovation, new construction, repair, alteration, and various trades such as carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, architectural, civil, concrete, and asphalt paving. Work will be performed under separately solicited and funded task orders, and no funds are presently available. Interested SDVOSB/VOSB firms registered in SAM.gov and SBA should provide their SAM UEI, recent construction experience with contract numbers, dollar amounts, percent completed and work description, and bonding capacity; optional capability statements, PowerPoints, or flyers may be emailed to the contracting officer.
