Steris Corporation will provide all inspection services, necessary parts, and labor for scheduled preventive maintenance of the listed equipment in accordance with the Manufacturer’s Preventive Maintenance Checklist, with full coverage for services under this SOW. The equipment is located at VA Perry Point and Baltimore facilities. Services will be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays, and work outside these hours will be billed at the applicable rates in Attachment A, Section 4(a). The period of performance is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031.
