DG11--Baltimore, Loch Raven, and Perry Point Guest Wi-Fi
The Washington DC VAMC seeks a provider for dedicated internet connectivity to support Guest WiFi. The vendor must perform all on-site corrective/unplanned maintenance and repair of equipment per manufacturer manuals, including prompt remediation of product alerts or recalls. Unlimited corrective services are required for all covered equipment/systems under an OEM full-coverage agreement. The contract includes all parts, materials, tools, and labor, including travel, with OEM-certified parts and service mandatory; refurbished parts require prior written approval from Facilities Management (FMS). The vendor must also provide software updates and patching per manufacturer specifications at FMS discretion.
