The VA is issuing an RFI to identify qualified vendors for maintenance and support of the existing Patient/Guest Wi-Fi network at the VA Maryland Health Care System. Services will be performed at three locations: Baltimore VA Medical Center, Loch Raven VA Medical Center, and Perry Point VA Medical Center in Maryland. Required capabilities include maintaining infrastructure, providing dedicated bandwidth, remote monitoring, and meeting response times of one workday for outages and three workdays for resolution. The period of performance is October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027. This RFI is for market research only and does not obligate the government to award a contract.
