This is a sources sought notice for contingency drycleaning and laundry services supporting the Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. The planned contract is an IDIQ, firm-fixed-price arrangement priced per clean pound, used only during emergencies or equipment repairs that disrupt the VAMC’s on-premises laundry operations. The contractor would receive soiled linens from the government, perform laundering, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging, and return clean textiles within 48 hours, while the government provides transportation to and from the contractor’s facility. The period of performance is October 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031. Interested small businesses must be able to provide at least 51% of the services rendered.
