The vendor will perform the required annual preventive maintenance inspection of ceiling lifts across three VA locations: Perry Point, Baltimore, and Loch Raven. Specific lift counts include 167 at Baltimore VAMC, 152 at Loch Raven CLC, and 124 at Perry Point VAMC. Work will be conducted during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, unless other hours are mutually agreed upon. The contractor must report to Biomedical Engineering upon arrival on-site. A written inspection report summarizing the completed work for each lift is required.
