This is a sources sought/RFI for a sole source procurement to supply and install a new single left-hand sliding door with transcom, electric locks, and panic devices at the Northwest Entrance of Building 1 at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The contractor must provide all parts, labor, installation, programming, and travel, while the VA will provide locksmith oversight, electrician support, lockout/tagout materials, and infection control barriers. Interested contractors must be qualified to work in an active healthcare facility and hold ICRA training, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification, and knowledge of NFPA 101.
