The requirement covers ventilated cage racks, air handlers, hose assembly kits, cages, and water bottles, with a planned firm-fixed price contract. Delivery is required within 90 days after contract award to the Washington DC VA Medical Center warehouse at 10 North Greene Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. weekdays. Interested vendors must provide an OEM authorization/distributor letter, complete the Buy American Certificate, answer all listed questions, and be registered in SAM.
