The VA is conducting market research to identify sources for one Voyager DSLT laser and 120 Voyager DSLT treatments for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. This sources sought notice is for planning purposes only and does not obligate the government to award a contract. Interested parties must demonstrate capability to meet salient characteristics, including fully automated, non-contact, approximately 30-second treatments, and delivery of 120 laser pulses. The period of performance is within 30 days after award, with performance at Martinsburg VAMC, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405. The vendor will be responsible for delivery, installation, setup, calibration, user training, and warranty.
