This is a solicitation for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside to supply new rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs for defibrillators at the VA Maryland Healthcare System, replacing the current Zoll SurePower packs. The battery packs must be technically equivalent to the Zoll SurePower, with 5.8 Ah capacity, high-density lithium-ion chemistry, a run-time indicator, automatic calibration readiness, and usage/maintenance history storage. Quotes will be evaluated on technical, past performance, and price, with award intended without discussions, though the government may accept other than the lowest offer. Offerors must provide product literature, specifications, country of origin, and a statement regarding terms and conditions, and must hold their prices firm for 60 calendar days.
