This sources sought notice seeks vendors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair and maintenance services at VA medical centers in Beckley, Clarksburg, and Huntington, West Virginia, as well as associated outpatient clinics. Multiple firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded with a total estimated capacity of $9 million over five years, and individual task orders are expected to range from $10,001 to $100,000 with a ceiling of $300,000. In-person Industry Days are scheduled for November 17–19, 2026 at each of the three main medical centers. The prime contractor must hold valid West Virginia contractor licenses for Plumbing and HVAC-R. All work, materials, and labor provided must be warranted for one year from operational start.
