This is a Request for Information for planning purposes only, not a solicitation, seeking sources for brand-name or equal airway clearance and respiratory patient monitoring equipment, including parts, installation, software/licenses, training, and warranty. The required equipment includes the IPV1 Airway Clearance system and tCOM+ Respiratory Patient Monitor with specific technical performance requirements, and respondents must provide descriptive literature, manufacturer/distributor details, and authorized distributor letters. All equipment must be delivered to the Washington DC VA Medical Center at 50 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20422, with delivery required within 90 days from award of any future contract. Delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. excluding holidays, and delivery must be coordinated with the on-site point of contact at least 3 business days in advance. Installation, training, and on-site work are subject to facility procedures such as COVID-19 screening, mask requirements, and advance scheduling with the designated POC.
