R702--Study for Department of Veterans Affairs Health Outcomes of Military Exposures Epidemiology
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a contractor to conduct a follow-up health survey and data analysis for two cohorts of Post 9/11 Veterans, including those who deployed and those who did not. The study aims to improve understanding of long-term health consequences and inform policy and benefits. The period of performance is three years, with services performed at the contractor’s place of business and weekly virtual meetings. The work involves administering a web and telephone questionnaire to up to 100,000 participants, along with simple and complex data analysis. This is a second data collection, building on prior studies from 2009-2010 and 2018, and will include a sample of Service members with service after June 2015.
