The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking vendors to provide maintenance, repair, replacement, and demolition of plumbing, HVAC-R, mechanical, electrical, and control systems at all Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System facilities, primarily in Baltimore, Loch Raven, and Perry Point. The contract will consist of a one-year base Blanket Purchase Agreement with four one-year options, with an estimated total capacity of $9,000,000 and individual task orders typically ranging from $10,001 to $100,000. The prime contractor must hold current plumbing and HVAC-R licenses in Maryland and warranty all work for one year.
