Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a 5-year contract for preventative maintenance on a Reverse Osmosis/Deionizing System at the VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV, 25704. The work includes monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance tasks such as replacing specific filter cartridges, performing system checks, and replacing components like an ultraviolet bulb. The contractor must provide all parts, labor, and materials, and is responsible for supporting and resolving all system issues to maintain required test results. The contractor must also provide prompt assistance for any mechanical problems and notify VA personnel if an issue is outside the contract's scope.
