The contractor must provide design specifications and drawings for review and installation use, and deliver all specified items. Contracting technicians will assemble sinks on-site at the Martinsburg VAMC, where facility personnel will remove old sinks and install utility lines. The contractor will then validate the sinks' operation per manufacturer instructions, followed by a customer validation. All work must be documented and provided to SPS and Biomed, with equipment warranties commencing only after successful installation and VA validation. The vendor must comply with all applicable federal requirements.
