This is a one-year contract for preventative maintenance on a Reverse Osmosis/Deionizing System at the VAMC located at 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV, 25704. The contractor must provide all parts, labor, and materials to perform monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance tasks, including filter replacements and system checks. The contractor is also responsible for supporting and resolving all issues with the RO/DI system to maintain required test results. Key personnel must be on-site and available, with all employees requiring VA identification badges. The period of performance is from May 12, 2026, to May 11, 2026.
