This is a Request for Information (RFI/Sources Sought) for market research to support a planned procurement for a Philips Physiological Monitoring Infrastructure Refresh at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The project involves upgrading and standardizing the entire Philips patient monitoring network, including hardware, software, and virtual servers, with specific expansions in the Emergency Department and Building 6. All equipment and labor must be provided by or through the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and delivery of all items is required within 90 days of contract award to the specified Washington, DC location. While SDVOSB/VOSB firms are preferred, all capable firms are invited to respond.
