This is a solicitation for a Vertical Transportation Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Repair, and Service contract (Elevators) for the Martinsburg VAMC. The evaluation and award will follow a strict tiered priority, first considering Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, then Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, followed by other small businesses, and finally other than small businesses. The contract will be awarded to the highest-priority tier that submits a fair and reasonable offer. The performance location is the Martinsburg VAMC.
