This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks potential sources capable of providing a fully operational, self-sufficient mobile surveillance trailer system for the Police Department at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. The system must meet extensive technical specifications for the trailer, mast, power, security, automation, and control systems, and includes a detailed list of required equipment. Delivery of the system is required within 90 days of any future contract award to the specified Washington DC location. Interested parties are highly encouraged to submit capabilities statements and general pricing for market research, along with responses to numerous business and compliance questions.
