This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research only to identify potential sources capable of providing and delivering bread and bakery products to three VA Medical Centers in Maryland: Perry Point, Loch Raven, and Baltimore. The performance period for a potential future contract is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. Deliveries would be required at least twice weekly on weekdays between 5:30 AM and 9:30 AM EST. The notice includes detailed product specifications and estimated annual quantities for various bread items. Responses are voluntary and will be used for acquisition planning.
