This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement for mechanical and plumbing maintenance and repair services at the VA Health Care System in Washington, D.C. The scope includes maintenance, repair, replacement, and demolition of plumbing, HVAC-R, and mechanical systems. The agreement will be awarded to multiple contractors on a fixed-price basis. Work will be performed via individual task orders, each with its own specific Statement of Work. Contractors must furnish all necessary personnel, supervision, materials, and equipment.
