Please note the Government intends to issue the solicitation for VISN 5 Municipal Solid Waste & Recycling Services at West Virginia VAMCs (4 VAMCs) and their associated CBOCs when it is available. Locations can be found at https://department.va.gov/integrated-service-networks/visn-05/ The anticipated ordering period will be for 5 years, from 4/1/2026 3/31/2031. This requirement will be set aside as Tiered Evaluation including SDVOSB, VOSB and SB in accordance with VAAR 819.7010. Tier 1-SDVOSB, Tier 2-VOSB, Tier 3-All other small business concerns. SDVOSB/VOSBs/SBs must be listed and viewable in the Small Business Administration (SBA) database located at https://search.certifications.sba.gov. The SBA database will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award. The Government may award the contract based on the initial quote without discussion. The resultant contract will be 1 Base year + 4 Option years, Single Award Firm Fixed Unit Price Blanket Purchase Agreement IAW RFO 12.201-1(e)(3). All contractors must be registered in the SAM Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
