Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Please note the Government intends to issue the solicitation to procure a secure and centralized software solution to track and manage the competency assessments and training activities of Biomedical Engineering staff in compliance with VISN 5 Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Policy DND-24-02 and relevant standards from The Joint Commission and ANSI/AAMI when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for one year. All capable SBs may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a one-year, Firm Fixed Price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
