This is a required annual PM provided by company on ceiling lifts. The vendor will provide an inspection report summarizing the work completed for each lift. The service shall be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30 pm unless other hours are mutually agreed upon by the vendor and VA Biomedical Engineering. The contractor shall report to Biomedical Engineering when they arrives on-site.
