PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 intends to release a solicitation to establish a Firm-Fixed Priced contract to provide operative laser & technician services on or about July 29, 2025. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69, August 1, 2013. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, and the size standard is $40.0 million in sales. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for quotes. Any company that feels they can provide the services that meet the needs of the Government must submit their quote.
