Description of Work: The contractor will provide the following services: Weld leaking flange joints Change out 2 ½ inch valves and weld new flanges in Install 6 inch slip flanges Vendor will provide services with 14 days of contract award NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to perform at the 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV, 25704 Medical Center to repair flanges in the chiller plant, morgue and building 2. Please respond to this RFI/Sources Sought 36C24525Q0181 with your: 1.
