See attachment. Contractor shall provide medical grade bulk liquid oxygen One (1) 6,006 gallon tank and one (1) 901 gallon reserve tank for the Washington DC VAMC. Please refer to Section: Instructions to Quoters for how to submit a proper quote and section Evaluation Commercial Items. There will be no site visit.
