The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Veterans Integrated Service Network 05 (VISN 05), VA Maryland Healthcare System, has a procurement need for live-on-station American Sign Language service for the hearing-impaired VA Employees at all VISN 05 medical centers. Market research was conducted, and the Network Contracting Office 05 (NCO 05) has a reasonable expectation that two or move Services Disable Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB), with active General Services Administration s (GSA) contract, are capable of performing the work and likely to submit an offer/quote at a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the Government. Therefore, a solicitation shall be posted to GSA eBUY as a total set-aside for SDVOSB participation in accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program.
