Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: The contractor shall provide Legal Guardianship for Veterans for the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System, 10 North Greene St, Baltimore, MD in accordance with the Statement of Work as identified in the solicitation. This requirement will be set up as a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for one year. This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The associated NAICS code for procurement is 541110 with a size standard of $15.5 million. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award for one year (11/8/2024 to 11/7/2025). Prospective quoters must be registered in sam.gov. All SDVOSB/VOSB must be registered and current in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA VetCert) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) and beta.Sam.gov, https://beta.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Contractors that submit quotation for SDVOSB/VOSB set asides that are not listed in VIP will be deemed non-responsive. All quotes shall be submitted via email by November 1, 2024, at 3pm, EST.
