NAICS is 339113, PSC is 6515. The offeror shall provide technical information regarding its proposed lights and booms as described in the Statement of Work with technical information required to include the following: Functional and technical capabilities Infrastructure Requirements Product Footprint – required space for the equipment and support infrastructure. Ability to provide preliminary drawings according to our site layout (See Section D.1) The offeror shall submit three (3) past performance references that are recent and relevant which focuses on VA experience within the last five (5) years in the hospital settings that are comparable in size as Washington DC VA Medical Center. References shall include the contract number for the project, a brief description, and a point of contact to include an email address. All items listed on the Price/Cost Schedule must be completed or your proposal will be determined to be non-responsive. FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate, must be completed listing all items on your proposal or it will be determined to be non-responsive. All final technical & price proposals shall be submitted no later than 1:00PM on September 10, 2024, to Phillip.Duba@va.gov.
