Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is seeking to procure Bleeding Control Stations and Kits for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement will enhance emergency preparedness and response functions at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and other facilities. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.106. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed under a brand name or equal Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 800 employees). The Product Service Code for this action is 6545 - Replenishable Field Medical Sets, Kits, and Outfits. To be eligible for award, an offeror shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.gov and be classified as a small business under the NAICS code 339113 in Sam.gov. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation will be posted to the Contract Opportunities website on or about April 2, 2024.
