This market research is to identify entities that could provide Face-to-Face Leadership Development Training for the Department of Veterans Affairs Caregiver Support Program (CSP). The intent of this training event is to develop and empower leaders at all levels within CSP as a clinical program. The purpose of the sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS 611430. It will also be used to identify qualified and responsible small business vendors (e.g. Service Disabled/Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a), small disadvantaged, women-owned small business) having an interest in and posses the resources to provide focused leadership training to CSP new and experienced leaders, incorporating leadership principles, tools, and strategies. The VA Caregiver Support Program is seeking a vendor that is qualified to prove leadership at all levels of the organization to equip participants to model and prioritize the Veteran and caregiver first, engage and inspire employees to their highest possible level of performance and conduct, foster an environment of continuous learning and responsible risk-taking and accountability. To help participants gain new knowledge and skills around leadership, staff development and engagement, program management, and quality improvement. Interested & Capable Respondents in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities and qualifications necessary to provide above training, please respond with your: 1.
