QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN IN BLACK & RESPONSES ARE WRITTEN IN RED In section 5.7 Hearing and Deliverables Timelines: Can you clarify if the "timely delivery" timelines are noted as calendar days or business days? Business days In the pricing section, there is the request to quote for "10 Day Turn Around" (0001AB and 0002AB, etc), but it appears there isn't an allowable 10-day turnaround timeline in section 5.7. Is there a timely 10-day delivery option in section 5.7 or do these line items contemplate something else? 5 business days is noted in 5.7 as the standard turnaround time. 10-day turnaround was included in the previous contract, and I believe this was to cover in the event something is returned past the 5-day mark. Are you able to provide an estimated, historical volume for the prior twelve months available? If so, can that be provided by CBOC? This cannot be provided by CBOC as this location fall under the medical center s facility task order. My IGCE(attached) had past usage but unsure this can be disclosed.
