STATEMENT OF WORK General Intention: It is the general intention of the Louis A. Johnson VAMC located at 1 Medical Drive Clarksburg WV 26301 to repair the Cat/Skid steer, for the purpose of winter snow removal of loading the salt trucks, maintaining the grounds at the Louis A. Johnson VAMC. Contractor Requirements: Contractor shall provide the repairs to the Cat/Skid steer at the price quoted providing all parts and labor and to provide a warranty on all parts and labor under this repair. Contractor will provide the transport of Cat/Skid Steer to their facilities for repairs and return to the Louis A. Johnson VA Med Center when repairs are complete. Contractor will supply all parts and labor for repairs on Cat/Skid Steer. Contractor will make sure the Cat/Skid Steer is in proper operating order and all obligations are fulfilled set forth in the quote.
