Responses to this notice are not being requested. As implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or Required by Statute, the Veterans Health Administration will be seeking to enter into a 5-year contract with the National Academy of Sciences to perform the services covered by 38 U.S.C. 1176, Agreement with National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine Concerning Toxic Exposures. Competition from other sources will not be sought after.
