This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Martinsburg VAMC is seeking to procure for Radiopharmaceutical Supplies & Services for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement will support staff at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in providing care. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 1,300 employees). The FSC/PSC is 6505 - Drugs and Biological. This RFQ is for a single award. The Government reserves all rights to award all or none. The acquisition will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Priced contract vehicle. The contract will have a base period only. This contract will be for FOB Destination. All quotes received that are not FOB destination are consider nonresponsive. The Government reserves the right to one-on-one discussions with quoters to clarify any information given.
