This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Martinsburg VAMC is seeking to procure slit lamps for the eye clinic. Slit lamps are used for routine eye examinations, inspect injuries, identify diseases and aid in minor eye surgeries. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 1,000 employees).The FSC/PSC is 6540 - Ophthalmic Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. This RFQ is for a single award. The Government reserves all rights to award all or none. The acquisition will be procured utilizing a Firm Fixed Priced contract vehicle. The contract will have a base period only. This solicitation is for brand or equal FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal has been included in the RFQ. This contract will be for FOB Destination. All quotes received that are not FOB destination are consider nonresponsive. The Government reserves the right to one-on-one discussions with quoters to clarify any information given.
