Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is an Ambidextrous Portable Dental Delivery System and accessories for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement will support the dental staff at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in providing care. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Base Year Only, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.106. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed under a brand name or equal, small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339114 - Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 750 employees). The Product Service Code for this action 6520 - Dental Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. To be eligible for award, an offeror shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov and be an SBA certified Small Business.
