Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify contractors for trash pick-up and power washing at the VA Maryland Health Care System, 10 N. Greene Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Description of Work: Weekly clean up, pick up trash and empty four (4) trash cans at the front of the building a minimum of three (3) times per week (MWF). Quarterly cleanup, weeding, mulching, and fertilizing the flower beds on Baltimore Street side. Power washes the entire front breezeway and sidewalks once each month. The contractor must use environmentally friendly stain removers, degreaser, and other products Remove filled trash bags from trash receptacles and replace with new bags. Clean up trash and debris from the exterior building perimeter (front, sides, back and loading docks). Trash collected should be placed in the dumpster at the rear of the building (by the loading docks) Power washing shall be performed weekly on a rotation basis to treat all areas at least once per Month. Remove weeds, clean-up, apply pre-Emergent to all flower beds. Use of chemical such as Round-Up will be applied as needed (Not Near Any Air Vents).
