Description: The stabilizer MT is needed provides surgical services in support of holding the BK transrectal ultrasound probe to the operating room table and during surgery. 2. Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide one STABILIZER MT DUAL MOUNT and one stepper classic that meets the salient characteristics listed below to include DESTINATION shipping. 3. General Requirement: a. Equipment: (1) BX 610-911- STABILIZER MT DUAL MOUNT BX-STEPPER CLASSIC BK MEDICAL b. Salient Characteristics: Features Micro-touch stable single-arm fixation with a single-point locking mechanism to instantly fix the stabilizer in the desired position. An adjustable weight-assist feature allows users to achieve a "zero-gravity" feel when positioning the ultrasound probe both in vivo and in vitro. 4. Delivery: Delivery shall be to the Washington DC VA Medical Center located at 50 Irving Street NW. Washington, DC. 20422. Hours of Operation: Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Should the Contractor require work afterhours, the Contractor shall arrange in advance with the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR). Delivery Hours: The Warehouse is open to receive deliveries Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. National Holidays: The holidays observed by the Federal Government are: New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and any other day specifically declared by the President of the United States to be a national holiday. Contractor may work on holidays with prior communication and coordination. 5. Period of Performance: 60-days (ARO) After receipt of Order. 6. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced Contract 7. Evaluation Factors: Price, Contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization to Distribute CIVCO or name brand products included in bid quote.
