SUBJECT: The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research in order to provide body work and repair to 2021 Ford Explorer Beckley Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price single award contract that will provide the support services listed within the below Draft Performance Work Statement. OBJECTIVE: See attachment. SCOPE OF WORK PROJECT OUTLINE This contract shall consist of replace and repair vehicle damage as required for the 2021 Ford Explorer This contract is for the VA Medical Center in Beckley, West Virginia. PARTS & LABOR REQUIRED This scope of work (SOW) is intended to provide the vendor a description of work required. The information provided in this SOW is to include the following: Vendor will replace front bumper cover, left fog light hole cover, shutter grill, right headlight, main grill, inter cooler and lower bumper cover/grill and refinish front bumper cover and clear coat to ensure a functioning unit. All parts and labor will be provided as part of this contract. The vendor technician/mechanic will perform replacement and remove any hazardous materials for disposal. Contractor will be required to maintain a safe environment during the delivery of the product. Contractor will conduct all required work on the 2021 Ford Explorer vehicle The vendor shall conform to all the provisions of the contract documents, and shall provide the necessary skills, materials and labor required to support this contract.
