Department of Veterans Affairs/VISN 5/RPO-E/NCO5 Sources Sought Notice Slit Lamp with Imaging Software Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 5 is seeking sources for slit lamps with imaging software for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. The requirement will support staff at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center to perform routine eye examinations, inspect injuries, identify diseases and aid in minor eye surgeries. The NAICS code for this contract action is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard: 1,000 employees). The Product Service Code for this action is 6540 - Ophthalmic Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. Responses from vendors classified in similar NAICS codes and/or PSCs are encouraged and will be accepted.
