NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Data Innovations® Interface Maintenance and Support Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide Data Innovations interface maintenance and support. This requirement is defined primary by existing hardware already in use at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND Furnish all parts, material, travel/shipping to and from for a service contract on the Data Innovations interface. Data Innovations has proprietary rights to their software that operates the equipment listed in the scope. The ability to perform software upgrades and provide priority scheduling for the proprietary equipment is required. The government is contemplating a base year Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. SCOPE This requirement is for maintenance, and support of the current Data Innovations® interface system which provides HL7 connectivity for the Clinical Laboratory of the VAMC Martinsburg WV, Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service. The maintenance and support requirement is for the test system (CS-MAS-01-TEST) and for the production account (CS-MAS-01). The Data Innovations platform may be maintained through 24/7 helpdesk. Support is requested via phone or web-based helpdesk. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Martinsburg VA Medical Center 510 Butler Ave Martinsburg, WV 25405 TRAVEL N/A CLASSIFICATION/SECURITY Unclassified.
