STATEMENT OF WORK NETWORK FLEET GPS Tracking System This Statement of Work covers the Network Fleet GPS tracking system, installation, and monitoring services to account for 80 vehicles at the VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Contractor shall adhere to all local FCC Codes. Currently, the monitoring service will expire on March 19, 2023. The Monitoring service is required to monitor idling, driving behavior, fleet health, and the current location of all VAMC vehicle assets. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW): Project Number: 688-23-2-478-0053 Project Location: Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Washington, D.C., Main Hospital-50 Irving St N.W., Washington, D.C., 20422. Scope of Work: This Statement of Work includes all work necessary to Install Fleet Vehicle Telematics, located at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington DC, 20422. Equipment Schedule: Vendor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to: a. Supply all necessary labor, materials and equipment to install fleet telematics on 80 fleet vehicles. Hardware and installation included. Hardware shall have GPS locating, mileage reporting, runtime reporting, and diagnostics capability. Scope includes all required harnesses, bypasses, installation, setup, and modifications to provide a fully functional system. b. Monthly service shall be provided to provide all telematics information (location, mileage, runtime) at routine intervals, but no less frequent than monthly. Monthly service shall also include standard roadside assistance at four calls per vehicle annually c. Include Base +4 option year for service agreement portion DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION The Period of Performance: TBD Place of Performance: The equipment setup and training will be conducted at the facility, DC VA Medical Center 50 Irving St. NW Washington, DC 20422 Delivery Hours: The Warehouse is open to receive deliveries Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. National Holidays: The holidays observed by the Federal Government are: New Year s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day and any other day specifically declared by the President of the United States to be a national holiday. Contractor may work on holidays with prior communication and coordination. ACCESS, WORK HOURS, AND IDENTIFICATION All contractors must report to security upon arrival at the facility. VA identification day badge/s may be required, and if required/obtained, must be returned upon leaving the VA site being serviced. Contractor employees must wear a company uniform with visible company photo identification when on site. Contractor employees must check in with designated VA Facility Management Services personnel before performing any work. The contractor will ensure all Facility Management Services areas are securely locked upon completion of each service visit. Payment: This is a monthly payment made after completion of thirty-day Cycle, upon submission of a properly prepared invoice for the services furnished. No advance payments will be authorized. Contractor shall submit an invoice on an individual basis for services provided. Invoices without proper documentation will be returned. The invoice shall contain the contract number, date(s) of service, and additional contracting information.
